First-ever training initiative integrates academic learning with real-world hospitality real estate development for undergraduates
Redwood City, Calif., September 5, 2024 – Ohana Real Estate Investors (Ohana), a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, announces its partnership with Project Destined, a respected social impact platform specializing in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and real estate education. Together, they are launching the inaugural Hotels & Hospitality Bridge Program for Project Destined participants.
Designed to bridge the gap between academic study and real-world experience, the Hotels & Hospitality Bridge Program offers a six-week curriculum combined with a speaker series led by Ohana executives. The Ohana team will focus on core hospitality real estate development topics such as hotel investing, asset management, and hotel development, and discuss their experiences and knowledge in each. The program also includes a site visit to one of Ohana’s hotel properties.

The four-week program kicks off September 2024 and will include four speaking sessions with Ohana executives.
