AUSTIN, Texas, April 14, 2025 – Ohana Real Estate Investors (Ohana) is pleased to announce the appointment of two seasoned leaders to the team: Nicole Rawald as Vice President, Business Development, and Stephen Breedon as Vice President, Investments.
Rawald brings over a decade of experience in capital formation, client service, and real estate investment to Ohana. As Vice President, Business Development, she will be responsible for fundraising and expanding the firm’s relationships. Prior to joining Ohana, Rawald served as Vice President of Capital Formation at Cerberus Capital Management, where she focused on fundraising and investor engagement for the firm’s real estate platform. She has also held roles at Park Madison Partners and Cantor Commercial Real Estate, focusing on CMBS lending. Nicole earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and Sociology from Emory University.

Breedon brings a broad range of investment experience across all real estate product types, with a strong foundation in both hospitality and residential assets. At Ohana, he will be involved in sourcing and executing investment opportunities, managing team members, and supporting the firm’s fundraising initiatives. Breedon previously served as a Senior Vice President in Oaktree Capital Management’s Real Estate group, investing primarily on behalf of the Real Estate Opportunities and Income strategies. He also worked for Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, advising real estate companies on M&A and capital raising transactions. Stephen earned an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University with a minor in real estate.
