NEW YORK, New York, August 5, 2024 – Ohana Real Estate Investors (Ohana) announced today the appointment of Kevin Cullinan as Partner and Head of Credit for the firm. In this role, Cullinan will oversee Ohana’s credit and lending strategies, underscoring the organization’s commitment to growing its suite of lending solutions for borrowers in the hospitality and residential spaces.
Cullinan brings over 15 years of investment, credit strategy, and commercial real estate expertise to the team, previously serving as Managing Director and Co-Head of Credit Strategies at Mack Real Estate Group. During his tenure, Cullinan managed a team of 20 investment professionals that was responsible for originating over $20 billion of commercial real estate loans and investments, primarily located in the top 25 metropolitan markets in the U.S.

Cullinan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University of Maryland. Prior to Mack Real Estate Group, he developed his investing acumen at J.P. Morgan Investment Management, where he was responsible for underwriting, pricing and originating mezzanine loans as well as raising capital for mezzanine funds.
